As General Manager, I'm all about people, planning, and the property. It's the core of what makes any operation thrive, and I'm fortunate to have seen it work firsthand. I’ve spent the last 23 years in Memphis, honing my skills and building a career on fairness and a genuine connection with both my team and our clients. I'm a bit of a dot connector; I believe there's a link between everything, and I love fostering those connections. I get energized by conversations and love figuring out how to solve problems. That’s likely why my colleagues consider me approachable and dependable. I've always made myself available and am proud of that. I'm most proud of how my teams respond to positive changes and know that when people believe in a vision, they perform. I believe in transparency, and customers appreciate my reasonable approach when issues arise. When I’m not leading the team, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family. My wife, Niki, and I have been married for over 21 years. My independent 23-year-old son loves to travel, and my talented daughter is a senior at Texas Southern in Houston. I'm a big fan of the Memphis Grizzlies and the Tigers, classic cars, and love to recharge by the pool or travel - Thailand, Curacao, St. Lucia, Bahamas, and LA. I'm excited to continue my work with Hallmark Hyundai of Flowood, bringing my team-oriented approach and passion for building lasting relationships.
